Cancellation: Any cancellation will incur a 100 USD fee per reservation (50 USD for the five-day course). With less than 30 days notice, 30% of the amount is forfeited. Failure to contact us by noon of the day after your scheduled arrival date will be considered a cancellation and the full amount will be forfeited. We will not hold your accommodation or your reservation beyond that time unless you call to inform us you are running late. Changes: Any date changes made to a reservation less than 30 days prior to a scheduled arrival date will be considered a cancellation and the cancellation policy will go into effect.
